Sep 05, 2011 · You need to have an XBOX Live Gold Membership in order to be able to use Netflix on the XBOX 360. It's how it is, there's no way around it and it's how it's setup. There's no issue regarding this, it's either you want the bundled services that come with XBOX Live Gold or you don't.
