Cisco Jabber for Windows brings presence, instant messaging, VoIP, and audio, video, and web conferencing to your PC. Thinking it might have been a fault with my router (given the strangeness of the router itself eventually stopping responding) I replaced the router - I was originally using an Asus RT-66NU but I have replaced it with a Netgear XR500 Gaming. Unfortunately I have identical symptoms with both routers. I have an ASUS RT-66NU that I was able to put DD-WRT on (also a router that did not support DD-WRT, when I bought it). I use that router to connect to my ISP and handle NAT. Then the Netgear R7400 does all the Wifi. Very pleased with the setup. Page 1: User Guide The ultra-thin and stylish RT-N66U features a 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual bands for an unmatched concurrent wireless HD streaming; SMB server, UPnP AV server, and FTP server for 24/7 file sharing; a capability to handle 300,000 sessions; and the ASUS Green Network Technology, which provides up to 70% power- saving solution. 2007/11/15: Now Watch ASUS Channel on YouTube! more : 2007/11/15: Now Watch ASUS Channel on YouTube!
TBH I don't think the AEX is good value for money- I use an Asus RT-66NU, and very pleased with it. £100 from Amazon. The Billion 7800DLX looks good too, but I haven't used one myself. Dearer than the Asus, but cheaper than the AEX!
